This development project was not just another developer trying to turn a profit by building another cookie-cutter multifamily building. It was an intentional effort to salvage a building that was set to be demolished and turn it into a haven for professionals and artists alike. 

I myself was drawn to living a the building because I heard there was a drum set in the basement and I hadn't been able to play since high school. Once I moved in, I wanted to share my experience and (fast-forwarding a few months) found myself the Head of Brand & Marketing for the property.
